Campania Longvue Fountain

To begin, you claim I purchased the fountain '14 days ago' on your e-mail dated 12-4, The fountain was purchased on 10-29-25 with the understanding that, according to your description, 'Shipping within Three weeks' Several days after the 3 week deadline, I called to enquire when we might expect the fountain, I was told that it was expected to arrive to us by 11-26 On 11-26 we were told by the shipper that due to staff shortages, it would arrive on 12-02, it arrived. After unpacking it we discovered that the pump assembly was missing, upon contacting you, (I spoke with Chris) He was most apologetic and assured me he would expedite the pump immediately, after waiting all week and weekend I called yet again to ask if it had been sent, the lady with whom I spoke was somewhat vague, but promised she would track it down and return my call to let me know where it was. I heard nothing back. On 12 -09 I received an e-mail saying it was on it's way, however after looking up the tracking (UPS) it appears that it was only dispatched on 12-09 (UPS Label created 10:41AM 12_09 in Canada! At this time 5:00PM in Texas, my pump is still languishing in Customs in Ontario Canada. I feel now my only recourse is to buy the pump and parts locally and hope I somehow get reimbursed. This really is a very poor show.
